Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are less in the public eye, now that Breaking Dawn is between halves and the Twilight Saga is almost done. But their friends are still willing to dish. Hollywood Life pulls together a few fresh comments from co-stars and directors of the series about everyone's favorite couple.

Robert Pattinson played Peter Facinelli's adopted son in all five films, and Kristen Stewart married into the family, so to speak. "It's been fun for me to watch them rise to fame...and the way they've handled it," the actor says. "When your life is put under a microscope like that it's very difficult to function, and I give them great credit for...living a normal life within the realm of their fame." And they deserve special credit for the way they have played off the fans—teasing, but not too much teasing. That keeps the interest level up. Otherwise, who would care?

Sister Alice, played by Ashley Greene, goes to the heart of things. Think about it. If different people had played the lead roles, there never would have been a Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson pairing. "I think that the [Twilight] casting was so spot-on," Ashley says, "especially between Rob and Kristen." Or is this just an example of true love coming through, no matter what fate decrees? Kellen Lutz plays a Cullen brother. He dishes, "They seem adorable every time I see them and madly in love." Well, what else is he going to say? Frankly, "adorable" does not seem to be a word Kellen would use, except as a sort of joke.

Finally, three different directors each put in a comment. Twilight's director, Catherine Hardwicke, says: "I was exactly right there when they first met, so I saw it all from the beginning. I think they're wonderful; they're super close to my heart." But recent gossip has had her wishing they had cast someone else as Kristen Stewart's love interest. Maybe Catherine is not as certain as she sounds.

"They're so cool and they're so comfortable with each other," reports New Moon director Bill Condon. Actually, that was the film where the characters were together the least, but the actors may have spent more of their time together, off set.

Finally, Breaking Dawn director Chris Weitz sums it all up. "I like them very much. What I also wish for them are happy lives that aren't impinged on too much by the downside of the great things that have happened to them." Meanwhile, the fans hang on every romantic story.

Was Kristen Stewart dissed by fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld? And if so, did it have anything to do with the rude gesture she made behind his back following a photo shoot in Paris?

According to a report from E!, it seems Lagerfeld was recently asked his opinion on M.I.A.'s middle finger thrust during the Super Bowl halftime performance. Some feel his reply may have inadvertently or perhaps even intentionally slammed the Twilight star.

"Nowadays people give the middle finger quite quickly—it's not the best behavior. Everybody does that, what's new about that? It's just become a bad habit," he told reporters.

Karl Lagerfeld is known for dissing celebs. He has mouthed off about singing sensation Adele being too fat to make it in the music world. He once quipped that Heidi Klum was 'too heavy' to be a runway model. So clearly not everything the designer says is true.

Kristen Stewart, however, did in fact raise her middle finger high following a fashion shoot in Paris with the renown Lagerfeld. It's still uncertain whether the gesture was directed at him, but many feel that's exactly what the Breaking Dawn star intended.

Is Karl Lagerfeld now surmising that Kristen is desperately in need of a semester in charm school? Despite her tremendous fame as Twilight's Bella Swan and Robert Pattinson's girlfriend, he might actually be on to something. Society rarely condemns such actions these days. Yes, it's talked about and laughed about for days following such rude behavior, but no one ever seriously calls these people out for committing such a vulgar act.

Perhaps Kristen Stewart and M.I.A. and all the rest of the celebrities who feel they're above certain modes of social decorum should be called out face to face on their obscene gestures and perhaps asked exactly why they feel such rudeness is warranted. M.I.A. says her flip of the bird sort of just happened. Good one. What is Kristen's excuse?

With each new publicity image released from the upcoming fairy tale re-imagining "Snow White and the Huntsman," we never know which Kristen Stewart we're going to get. Pretty? Powerful? Poised? Yes, we're kinda getting whiplash, to quote a certain young actress we know. One thing we are sure of: Today's still (released via the film's Facebook page) lands squarely in the "fierce" rather than "fair" column.

Here we see our raven-haired heroine wielding a shield in one hand and (what we assume from repeated trailer viewings) a sword in the other (that flaming pile of whatever is totally obscuring our view). Kristen's clearly got her eye on something, and we're just glad it isn't us because girl looks downright ferocious.

Kristen Stewart may hate the paparazzi, but she loves her fans. Recently, La Stewart evinced her concern for a crowd of fans waiting for her in the cold. She was afraid they'd be super uncomfortable or even get sick waiting for her in the extreme Parisian winter temperatures. Wow. What a difference a few days make. Just last week, she told the paps she hoped they'd freeze to death while waiting to snap her photo.

Kristen Stewart and her boyfriend, Robert Pattinson are known as fan friendly celebrities. And earlier this week in Paris, Kristen Stewart proved how much she cares about her fans by going "above and beyond the call of duty" to send them a message of concern for their welfare. Many of them had spent hours traveling to Paris by train just to get a glimpse of the Breaking Dawn star. Some were lucky enough to arrive early and snag autographs from and/or photos with their idol. Others were left to languish outside K-Stew's hotel hoping she'd re-emerge or that they'd at least catch a glimpse of her somehow. Poor twihards.

Kristen, however, was more concerned about her fans' physical well-being, and after a while, she sent them a message via her security team. The security guys told the twihards that "Kristen didn't want them waiting outside all night for her because, [in her words], 'it's f****ng cold.'" But the twihards stubbornly ignored the advice. When they failed to disperse, KStew sent them another message explaining that she didn't want them "freezing outside" while waiting for her.

Kristen Stewart could have easily ignored her fans but instead, she made them feel important. She also hopefully saved some of them from getting the sniffles.
 
You go, KStew. Note: If a musical biopic is ever made about the life of Kristen Stewart, her concern for her fans in Paris would make a great show stopping scene. Sort of like the "Don't Cry for Me Argentina" number in Evita! "Don't Freeze for Me, Paris Twihards" is kind of catchy, don't you think?

Kristen Stewart is proving she is a woman of many faces. She rarely strays from her tomboy look, but has recently been experimenting with more feminine looks. She flew to France last week and hooked up with famed photographer Mario Testino. Testino is the same man who photographed Kate Middleton and Prince William for their infamous engagement photo.

Kristen may be more comfortable in skinny jeans and a hoodie, but she looks fabulous in couture gowns. Daily Mail has pictures from the photo shoot, and they are spectacular. Kristen poses in a giant strapless ball gown. Kristen embraced the French fashion and donned a massive black fascinator that complemented the striking blue dress.

In some of the photos, which you can see here, Kristen Stewart does her trademark pout and intense stare. The exquisite dress changes the look from solemn to sultry. Testino added a bit of a Victorian feel to the shoot by adding soldiers mounted on horses.

The outdoors always provide an interesting and colorful backdrop, but the winter temperatures can make it downright miserable. Kristen is a trooper and managed to muster through the photo shoot. An assistant was on hand to wrap her up in a warm jacket in between photos. No wonder she was so grumpy later that day. When she told the paparazzi to freeze to death, it was most likely because she had just endured the bitter cold temperatures without any protection.

Above is a stunning closeup of Kristen Stewart as a warrior Snow White in Rupert Sanders' upcoming Snow White and the Huntsman. Some have remarked that Charlize Theron's Evil Queen would never have been jealous of a little girl like the Bella Swan of the Twilight movies — but this picture proves them dead wrong. In fact, it's easy to see why the Evil Queen's mirror, mirror would find Snow White the most beautiful of them all.

Snow White and the Huntsman, which also stars Thor and The Avengers' Chris Hemsworth as the second half of the title, opens (via Universal) on June 1. Others in the cast are Sam Claflin as Prince William, Ray Winstone, Ian McShane, Bob Hoskins, Toby Jones, Eddie Marsan, Lily Cole, Vincent Regan,Noah Huntley, and Nick Frost.

Relativity Media's "rival" version, Tarsem Singh's Mirror Mirror, opens March 30. It stars Lucy Collins as Snow White, Julia Roberts as the Evil Queen, and Armie Hammer as Prince Charming. I have "rival" between quotes because anyone who has seen the trailers for both Mirror Mirror and Snow White and the Huntsman know that those movies are as different as, say, Catherine Hardwicke's Twilight and Francis Ford Coppola's Dracula.

Also in 2012, Kristen Stewart will likely be seen in Walter Salles' eagerly awaited On the Road, co-starring Sam Riley, Garrett Hedlund, Amy Adams, Kirsten Dunst, and Viggo Mortensen; and in the final installment of the Twilight Saga movies, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2, with Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene, and dozens of other vampires and werewolves — plus a scattered few humans.

The Twilight star ditches her no-fuss look in an ultra-glamorous shoot for Vanity Fair with Karl Lagerfeld and Mario Testino. The usually casual Kristen Stewart was looking every bit the young Hollywood star for the photo shoot, but she still found it too difficult to crack a smile for the cameras outside.

The UK's Daily Mail reports that the star of the upcoming film Snow White and the Huntsman was seen leaving the shoot still sporting the glamorous hair and makeup she donned for the magazine. The 21-year-old actress had a perfectly coifed up 'do that was all old Hollywood glamour and intense smoky eyes that made her eyes the center of attention. The color scheme of her eye makeup appeared to be smoky gray with a hint of jewel-toned plum, and coupled with generous false lashes, Stewart looked sizzling.

While she was spotted in her jeans, casual shirt, and jacket with the high-fashion hair and makeup, the Daily Mail tells that inside the shoot, the young actress was wearing a stunning black gown with "lashings of organza around the neckline."

Vanity Fair brought in legendary photographer Mario Testino for the shoot, and Stewart was spotted getting cozy with Karl Lagerfeld backstage. Lagerfeld had shunned his usual black outfit in favor of an all-white suit but had his normal dark shades on, even inside. One picture shows the usually surly actress pulling a cheeky face and making an even cheekier sign with her middle finger while Lagerfeld looks quizzical beside her.

Kristen Stewart fans were not disappointed outside the shoot, however, with the lovely-looking actress stopping to sign autographs and take a few happy-snaps with the waiting crowd.

Kristen Stewart has had paparazzi and thousands of fans following her every move, since she shot to fame playing Bella Swan in the Twilight saga. While she may now be ‘used’ to the crowds, life in the spotlight doesn’t necessarily get any easier.

On her recent trip to Paris, where the in-demand beauty was modelling for Vanity Fair and Karl Lagerfield, Kristen was hounded by paps everywhere she went and at one point it seems the constant attention got a little too much for the 21-year-old.

After signing autographs and posing for photographs with excited French fans outside her hotel, Kristen turned to waiting photographers and shouted: “Are you cold? Freeze to death, freeze to death,” before laughing and entering the hotel.

Stark warning for Robert Pattinson – never cross your girlfriend or you could feel the wrath of her tongue! In all seriousness though, Kristen and Rob have previously admitted that the constant press intrusion can be overwhelming.

In an interview last year, Ms Strewart told Elle magazine: "A lot of the time I can’t handle it. It’s f***ed. I never expected that this would be my life." Robert recently spoke of the difficulty he faced when trying to find a house, as he had to ensure it was fan and paparazzi-proof.

He told Holland’s Fancy magazine: “I’m searching for a home in London at the moment. While viewing the house, lots of strange thoughts popped up in my mind. Can paparazzi park their cars in front of this house? Are strange fans able to camp on my pavement? I think like a spy or a secret agent and that’s pretty weird.”

With the final instalment of Breaking Dawn yet to be released, it seems the hysteria surrounding the couple is unlikely to fizzle out anytime soon.

Twilight’s Kristen Stewart spotted super tight jeans cute at Paris Vanity Fair shoot other night. As previously reported,Twilight Saga main lady Kristen Stewart was spotted,hopping off a plain in Paris,France,and now,it’s revealed why.

She went over there to do a big Vanity Fair photo shoot with famous Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld and renowned photographer Mario Testino. In this photo (above),K-Stew was spotted,leaving the shoot,and appeared to have a great time as she sported a big smile. She looked hot as hell too in her signature tight jeans,along with her photo shoot makeup.

Also, in another photo,she was seen,flipping somebody the middle finger again. However,it looked like she was just joking around as she was smiling at the same time. In her photo shoot,she posed in a very fancy,dress ensemble. You could tell she was doing what she does best,acting,because it definitely wasn’t something she would usually wear in real life.

She’s been laying low as of late, but Kristen Stewart garnered plenty of attention during her photo shoot in Paris, France. The “Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” babe worked with the likes of Mario Testino and Karl Lagerfeld on the project for an upcoming issue of Vanity Fair magazine.

And Kristen got to wear a Christian Dior couture dress fresh from the Spring 2012 runway, adorned with feathers and a magnificent headpiece. After her big day in front of the camera, Kristen made sure to show some love to her fans, signing autographs and posing for pictures as she walked to her Parisian hotel.
