With Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 1 coming to DVD soon the release of Snow White and the Huntsman on June 1st may mark a beginning to new franchise. The clips comes from the official Facebook page. The clip showcases some very epic battles on par with something straight out of the Lord of the Rings movies and a scene of a very creepy mirror are just a few of the very snippets of what you can expect from this new take on the Snow White story. There will also be a dragon, the poisoned apple, the kiss, an otherwordly horned beast and much more.
The film is directed by Rupert Sanders and is written by Evan Daugherty and has the film kicking off as Oscar winner Charlize Theron as the gorgeous wicked queen out to destroy the only person out in world who is fairer than her. When the Huntsman who is played by Chris Hemsworth is set out to murder Snow White but instead turns around to help train her in the art of war. There is definitely a change as a likely love triangle between the Huntsman and Sam Claflin is the prince “long enchanted” by Snow White’s “beauty and power”. What do you think of the clip?
